Through peer-to-peer conversations, case studies, and wellbeing resources, this facilitated interactive course provides participants with the opportunity to emerge with a personal “wellbeing plan”. This 7-week virtual program guides participants through a process of self-discovery to identify their "Ikigai", which is a Japanese concept meaning "reason for being." Using "Ikigai" and CliftonStrengths, this workshop helps individuals find the intersection of what they love, what they are good at, and what the world needs. The program outcome is for participants to identify and integrate their "Ikigai" into their personal and professional lives. Maximum 8 employees per session.
Maximum 10 front-line managers, this is a virtual program for 12-sessions over 6-months that is tailored to your business objectives. Focus is on teaching front-line managers how to transition from contributor role to manager, making the transition from boss to coach, and creating agility in the workplace. Program fee does not include CliftonStrengths® assessments or learning materials such as the "It's the Manager" book (Clifton/Harter, 2019) or the CliftonStrengths® for Managers Report.
